Symmetrical in nature, the facade is comprised of two carefully proportioned wings extending outward from the central foyer. The robust base of the building is constructed with masonry, a timeless material selected for its prominence throughout the streetscapes of Malvern East. Providing a stark juxtaposition to the heaving base, the penthouse level floats weightlessly above the building, depicting an artful expression of light and shade.
